Sales Partner · The Suarez Team · Westside Los Angeles

A builder's eye for the home you're buying or selling.

I help Westside buyers, sellers, developers and first-time buyers see what really drives value: how a home is built, how its layout lives, and what that means for price.

About Ron

Real estate from someone who builds it.

I'm a Sales Partner with The Suarez Team in Los Angeles. Outside of helping clients, I develop and invest in real estate myself: ground-up builds, remodels, and multifamily buildings I own and manage with family partners. I'm building my own home on the Westside right now.

That means when we walk through a house together, I'm looking at more than the staging. I'm looking at the foundation, the floor plan, what's been updated (and what hasn't), and how each of those things will show up in the price, today and when you sell.

  • Quality: what's well built, what needs work, and what it will cost
  • Layout: how a floor plan lives for your family, and how buyers will see it
  • Value: pricing based on what actually moves the number
  • Development: lot potential, additions, ADUs and rebuild math
  • Local: I live and farm the West LA neighborhoods I sell in

Developers & investors

Lots, fixers and multifamily, evaluated by someone who has built, remodeled and held property himself.
